HR Squad offer individual coaching for leadership or executive teams/individuals. Our work has proven that 1:1 coaching solutions are the quickest intervention to effect leadership capability uplift. We use data and tools such as LSI and Strengthscope to ensure we have a base measurement to work with during the coaching solution. All coaching is tailored to the individual based on self, peer and 1-up manager feedback.
